Matt has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on multi-family projects. He has expertise in rezoning, subdividing, and land/investment analysis. Matt has built and/or developed a variety of housing types, including single-family homes, apartment rentals, condos, and heritage conversions.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Matt is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his kid’s sports teams. He has volunteered his time as a Board Member and Director for organizations such as the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation (SPHF), Power to Be, Victoria Epilepsy & Parkinson’s Centre (VEPC), Victoria Residential Builders Association (VRBA), and Sidney by the Sea Rotary Club.
