Prior to completing his real estate course in 2006, Manpreet was Operations Manager of a commercial carpentry company doing many large scale projects in Victoria, including Tuscany Village, Thrifty Foods, and the Berwick House of Royal Oak.
As a 3rd generation builder, Manpreet is familiar with development, zoning, rezoning, renovations and construction. He also has experience in sales, management, insurance, contracting, development and being a small business owner.
Manpreet believes that his experience and background gives him an edge in truly understanding the real estate market and his clients needs. Manpreet’s client’s include experienced developers, builders, business owners, and investors.
