Chad is very grateful to have been born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island. He has gained experience in some diverse fields prior to finding his true passion as a real estate professional. He rode mountain bikes professionally in his university years, shifted into the oil and gas industry, and then later into a finance management role. Chad’s passion for the Victoria real estate market really kicked into overdrive after he purchased his first home. Over the next seven years, he gained significant invaluable first-hand experience in all areas of home ownership and investment as he purchased, renovated, managed, and refinanced a collection of income-producing properties throughout the greater Victoria area. Once armed with this knowledge, Chad shifted all of his efforts to striving to be the best real estate professional he can be. Chad has always found passion in guiding others, but now he can couple this with his emphatic love for the ever diverse and niche-filled Victoria market. In addition to extensive experience specializing in income producing properties, he also stays true to his family’s roots with a devotion for custom-built homes that take advantage of the local landscape. Chad knows the importance of having an open line of communication with his clients – and he wants them to feel comfortable and confident with all of their decisions. He is always available to answer any questions they may have about the real estate market. When Chad’s not busy helping clients achieve their real estate goals, or enhancing his real estate expertise, he loves spending time outdoors with his family and friends. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, dirt biking, snowboarding, boating, traveling- anything that gets him outside and enjoying nature.
