Blake started his real estate career in 1992 with Remax© and has never looked back. A passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, Blake’s strategy is to identify his clients needs for them to succeed. Blake is partnered by his daughter Danielle who has worked in the Moreau Real Estate Team since 2013. Beside being a licensed Realtor©, Blake also holds an Associate Brokers license which further enables his clients though the real estate process. Blake and Danielle specialize in all areas of Greater Victoria including the Saanich Peninsula, Sidney and the Westshore. They have extensive knowledge of Single-Family homes, Condominiums, Townhomes, Strata properties, and Vacant property sales. Also, Blake has extensive experience in multiple small business sales assisting business owners.
If Blake is not out selling real estate, he enjoys travelling with his wife Joyce, plenty of exercise, learning another language, and spending time reading a book. When time permits, he also attempts on becoming a great golfer!
