Meet Rich
Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Rich has a strong connection to Vancouver Island and a deep understanding of its communities. His local knowledge, combined with hands-on experience in construction, gives clients a clear advantage when buying or selling real estate.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rich worked in residential construction, became certified home inspection, and owns a small electrical company.
This background allows him to identify quality workmanship, spot potential issues, and help clients confidently evaluate their investment. From home systems to construction quality and renovation potential, Rich offers practical insight beyond the typical real estate experience.
Outside of real estate, Rich enjoys time with his son and cats, auto racing, playing hockey, playing music, and any down time camping or on the golf course 🙂
