Lori was born and raised in Victoria. Lori and her Partner Randy currently live in the Westshore. Lori has two adult children, Jennifer and her daughter Addyson, James, his wife Erin and son Ethan.
Lori started her real estate career twenty years ago. Lori was lucky enough to start her real estate career the day the ‘longest recorded seller’s market’ started in 2001. And like all new Realtors, Lori attracted lots and lots of buyer clients. Lori worked long, long hours her first few years in real estate.
Twelve years ago Lori was asked to manage a small branch of her brokerage. It was a three month commitment. During this three month trial Lori realized she was excited about this ‘different’ part of the real estate world and when asked to consider taking the managing broker course she jumped at the opportunity.
Lori has spent the last twelve years helping new Realtors launch their careers. She has managed small branch offices and larger head offices. She understands that each brokerage and each office will have their own distinct community.
