Hi, I’m Giovanna “Gio” Paz, and I believe real estate is about more than property. It’s about people, stories, and the next chapter of their lives. I’m originally from Perú and moved from the fast pace of Toronto to British Columbia in 2015. In Cranbrook, I built a thriving real estate career, helping more than 136 clients buy and sell homes and earning Top Producer recognition in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
A mix of experiences has shaped my path in real estate. I began my career in marketing and customer service, refining my negotiation and research skills during three years of law school, and further developed my organizational and business skills as an executive assistant and entrepreneur. That combination of skills allows me to guide clients with strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of their needs.
Now in 2025, I’ve joined Remax Camuson and am excited to continue helping buyers and sellers in Victoria, BC, and the surrounding areas. As an Associate Broker/Realtor®, fluent in Spanish and English, and Home Staging Certified (2022), I know how to make properties stand out and connect with a diverse range of clients.
When I’m not helping clients make their next move, I’m exploring hidden beaches and scenic trails or sharing traditional Peruvian dishes with friends and family.
