Charlene grew up in the Kootenays snowboarding, swimming and wake surfing. She moved over to Alberta in her late teens to pursue an education at the University of Lethbridge and even though she had all intentions to move back she ended up meeting her husband and setting down roots.
She started in the industry in new home sales and working for one of the largest developers in southern Alberta. Her knowledge of construction and new properties is extensive but loves the variety of character homes and beautiful estates that Victoria has to offer.
Over and above her professional mandate it’s Charlene’s mission to educate, add value, and enhance her client’s experience buying and selling real estate. Charlene works tirelessly to ensure her clients are empowered with a thorough understanding of the market and processes of real estate, she believes it’s integral to having satisfied, returning clients.
Charlene landed in Victoria after her husband relocated for a job position and couldn’t be happier! Nowadays you can find her playing softball with friends or out on her paddle boarding exploring this beautiful island
