Hi there! I’m Tamara Passmore. I grew up on beautiful Vancouver Island, where most days were spent outside—riding horses, hiking, or kayaking with friends and family. The fresh country air was my happy place.
Some of my favorite childhood memories are of camping trips and magical Christmases at Disneyland. Even back then, I dreamed of becoming a teacher because I loved sharing my knowledge and helping others grow. I was always on the move—biking, dancing, or exploring new places.
As an adult, I’ve worn many hats, including car sales, running an import/export business, and even opening my boutique. I was always seeking the perfect balance of freedom, creativity, and purpose. Then I stumbled into real estate… and something clicked.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I still remember buying my first home, excited and hopeful, only to find graffiti on the walls and no door handles. At first, I was heartbroken. But with a little love (and elbow grease), I turned that house into a warm, welcoming space—and eventually sold it for a profit. That experience showed me how even the toughest beginnings can turn into something beautiful.
Real estate became the perfect fit—a place where I could blend my love of helping people with my eye for detail and problem-solving.
Closing my boutique felt like an ending at the time, but it was the door opening to something even better. Now, I get to guide others through big changes, helping them see the potential in every home—and every chapter.
Today, I help families downsize with confidence and clarity using my signature, Butterfly Method. It’s all about making life simpler, not harder, and finding freedom in the next phase of life.
