Michelle has called Victoria home for most of her life and is a proud mother of two. Her kids grew up in Brentwood Bay, and she is so grateful for the childhood they experienced here on the Peninsula—surrounded by community, nature, and the kind of small-town warmth that makes this area so special.
Her real estate journey began in 2012 when she was offered a position as a realtor’s assistant. She instantly fell in love with the industry and immersed herself in learning every aspect of the business, from client care and marketing to negotiations and behind-the-scenes systems. Over the years, that foundation has shaped the way she shows up for her clients today.
Her approach to real estate is simple: make every client feel like they are her only client. She believes real estate is not just about a transaction—it’s about the people, their stories, and the emotions that come with buying or selling a home. She takes the time to listen, understand, and support each client so they feel confident and cared for from start to finish. Building strong, trusted relationships is at the heart of everything she does.
She was honoured to be elected as a Director on the Victoria Real Estate Board in 2026. She’s excited for the years ahead, contributing to the board’s work in elevating professional standards, advocating for the members, and helping shape innovative programs that strengthen both the industry and the broader community.
Her and her partner, Rob Rolston, are passionate about giving back. They regularly volunteer and help raise funds for The Shoreline Medical Society and the Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank whenever they can and feel truly fortunate to support the community that has given us so much.
When Michelle is not working, she enjoys walking, kayaking, paddle boarding and golfing.
“The majority of my business comes from referrals, so it is important to me that everyone’s experience is a positive one.”
