Josh is an energetic and enthusiastic agent who is constantly making meaningful connections with all types of people, ever expanding his already large network. Josh grew up on the Saanich Peninsula, and then went on to play BCHL hockey for the Victoria Grizzlies on the Westshore and for the Clippers in Nanaimo, then finishing his career in Vernon with the Vipers. Josh is also well connected in the Cowichan Valley, as his wife and her extended family have lived in the Valley for generations. These deep roots all around southern Vancouver Island give Josh invaluable knowledge on all types of local communities, which he will use to find the homes best suitable for his clients.
