Raised in Victoria, I began my career in the Canadian Forces, serving for ten years before retiring.  Following my military service, I briefly worked as a part-time firefighter and pursued education in human services.

In 2017, I shifted my focus to real estate investment, seeking out undervalued properties and teaching myself the skills needed for renovations.  My passion for the real estate market has driven me to study market trends across Vancouver Island, allowing me to make informed investment decisions and maximize property value.

With a strong background in disciplined service, hands=on renovation experience, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, I am committed to identifying opportunities and creating value in every property I work with.
